​​Creative leader with 10+ years of experience in the video game industry (Digital Chocolate, King, Scopely).


The mission that has guided my work over the years can be clearly defined by three core pillars: art, people, and product. These elements are the foundation of everything I do—merging creativity with human insight and strategic thinking to build meaningful and impactful experiences.


Art & product:
I've worked on successful titles such as Candy Crush Saga, Bubble Witch 2, Candy Crush Jelly Saga, Candy Crush Soda Saga, Diamond Diaries, and Yahtzee with Buddies.
I began my career as a game artist on successful titles like Candy Crush, where I focused on process improvement and the technical and artistic implementation of games.

I work closely with the team in the Art direction  to align our creative vision with project objectives, fostering collaboration and innovation across both internal teams and external partners.

My expertise lies in redefining internal art pipelines and processes to ensure timely and high-quality asset delivery.
 

People:

My passion for the art workflow optimization and efficiency led me to become an Art Manager, a role that has allowed me to grow professionally while boosting team efficiency and creativity. I really enjoy facilitating daily interactions between stakeholders and the art team, streamlining communication and workflows to promote agility, efficiency, and alignment with product objectives.
 

Throughout my career as an Art Manager, I have specialized in leading and supporting creative teams—not only by addressing their professional needs, but also by efficiently managing task distribution, team coordination, and ensuring the successful delivery of all creative outputs.

Over the years, my role has evolved to serve as a key bridge between the art team and stakeholders. I focus on understanding stakeholder needs—whether they relate to product features, LiveOps content, or broader creative initiatives—into clear, actionable plans for the team.

This includes close collaboration with disciplines such as Art, UI, VFX, and Animation to ensure a cohesive and aligned creative vision.

I have designed and implemented efficient workflows to manage, coordinate, and ensure the timely delivery of tasks across both internal and external teams. This dual management approach has allowed me to maintain high-quality standards, streamline communication, and align all creative efforts with project goals.

​​Art Direction & Visual Development

Defining the Art Direction. Redefined the internal art pipeline to improve efficiency, enhance cross-team collaboration, and ensure higher consistency and quality across all visual assets.
I’ve always worked collaboratively with the Art Director, acting as their right hand and a key liaison between leadership and the team.I translate team needs into actionable plans while contributing to the development of the department’s strategy, ensuring alignment between creative vision, production goals, and team well-being.

Extensive experience in assembling and leading creative teams from scratch, ensuring the right talent is in place to drive innovation and deliver high-quality results.

Growing from artist to manager has given me valuable insight into the needs of creative teams.
My leadership is empathetic and approachable, focused on active listening and staying close to the team. I believe that when people feel heard, valued, and supported, creativity and collaboration thrive.

Art production

Deep expertise in art production, with a specialization in designing efficient workflows and implementing streamlined processes to enhance team performance and visual quality.

By analyzing team structures, production bottlenecks, and cross-departmental workflows, I create customized pipelines that streamline asset creation, approval, and delivery—covering 2D/3D art, UI, VFX, and animation.

Outsourcing

Extensive experience in Outsourcing; overseeing and coordinating LiveOps content production, working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.

My professional experience

Toys

 I began my career as a Graphic designer, illustrator and product Designer at companies in the toy industry.
I was involved in the entire product development process—from concept to shelf—taking part in R&D, defining the product, designing the visual identity, and supporting its market launch.

My deep passion for video games inspired me to specialize in game art. I began my journey as an artist, and over the years, my dedication to fostering creative environments and supporting others has naturally led me to grow into the role of Senior Art Manager.

Teaching people

Alongside my professional career, I’ve delivered masterclasses on video game art and creativity and collaborated with creative schools, where I emphasize art as a core discipline and support students in discovering and pursuing creative professional opportunities.

Creative Workshops

For several years now, I have been teaching a series of workshops for adults where I like to encourage creativity through sketching.
 

The Workshop is presented in approximately 3 hours of creative work, featuring a series of challenges that engage participants.
Groups of 15 to 20 people pose individual and group challenges.

 

Some of these challenges are based on the creative process:
-Specially designed for those who need to unlock their creativity.
-Creative introspection based on self-portraits.
-The universe of ideas. Connecting with ideas to represent them.
-Graphic representation based on Visual Thinking.

-Composition. Our message adapted to the platform.
-Humor as a creative tool.

Throughout my professional career, I’ve always enjoyed supporting individuals who are developing their skills in disciplines closely related to mine. This passion for mentorship and knowledge-sharing has driven me to remain actively involved in education—teaching both adults and children on a variety of creative and technical topics.
